Hi, I’m Ashmika Agrawal,
Plant-based Chef and Consultant. Although I hold a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, destiny had other plans—baking found me! While largely self-taught, my passion led me to a Vegan Culinary School, along with online workshops, where I honed and refined my skills.
For me, baking, cooking, and teaching go beyond professional pursuits—they are a therapeutic journey. My culinary philosophy is simple: food should not only be delicious but also nourishing. I carefully select ingredients with high nutritional value, always prioritizing health and well-being.
Teaching is another passion that drives my work. I believe in simplifying complex concepts so that what you learn can be seamlessly applied to both your professional and personal life. Having taught students online and offline, I’m on a mission to show that healthy eating can be delicious—spreading this message one workshop and meal at a time.
I also love hosting and connecting with people, and I take great pride in sourcing local produce, ensuring that my creations are infused with fresh, native flavors.
